At Exhibit Group, we know that when you buy right, you only need to buy once. That’s why we offer our ImageCare Service—to ensure your equipment remains in prime condition throughout its lifetime.
Service and repairs for Exhibit Group equipment
Most products purchased from Exhibit Group qualify for our ImageCare Service. Your products will receive an annual service; to fix any damage under warranty (free of charge), or to remedy accidental damage (e.g. goods damaged in transit). Please note that our free service does not cover any courier or transport costs associated with getting your products to and from Exhibit Group.
Service and repairs for other equipment
Exhibit Group often receives enquiries from customers who have purchased substandard products, available elsewhere in the market, that have broken down or are otherwise not performing. To assist these customers, we’ve expanded our ImageCare Service to service equipment purchased from other suppliers.
Graphic panel changeouts
Our high quality hardware allows you to update and refresh your graphic panels as many times as you like. Simply send in your hardware (which we will also provide a service and repair on), a quote will be sent through by your Exhibit Group Account Manager for approval and once your new artwork has been completed we will produce and changeout the panel in time for your next event.

Booking your ImageCare Service / Graphic Panel Changeout
Please fill in the form below to arrange your ImageCare Service. This form is to be filled in for all service / repairs and for any graphic panel changeout jobs.
This form will be sent directly to our service department and a copy will also be sent to you. We will be in touch shortly to finalise the details of the service or graphic panel changeout. Once you receive the email, please print a copy and include it with the item(s) you are sending to us.

* All repairs will be quoted before item is serviced (unless discussed prior).
* Allow 6 working days from acceptance of quote for your items to be returned.
* Customer is responsible for costs associated with getting the items to and from Exhibit Group.
* Return freight will be charged on service invoice.
