Privacy Act 1993
Exhibit Group is subject to the Privacy Act 1993 (New Zealand). The Privacy Act is supervised by the  New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

The Exhibit Group Display Management System (DMS) website uses cookie technology.  A cookie is a small element of data that our website may send to your computer.    Any such cookie is typically stored on your computer’s hard drive and permits our website to recognise you when you return.  Our use of cookies helps us to provide you with a better experience during your use of our website by allowing us to auto populate details on your individual bookings.  You may configure your web browser to not accept cookies, although you may experience a loss of functionality as a result.

Collection and use of personal information
The Exhibit Group DMS website contains applications which collect personal profile information.   Your profile details are not protected within the DMS site.

Updating your personal profile details
You are able to change and update your profile details online at any stage or request the DMS to undertake the changes for you.

Exhibit Groups right to deactivate and delete a user
If sufficient information is not supplied and Terms and Conditions not agreed to and followed, Exhibit Group reserve the right to deactivate and / or delete a user from the DMS site.
